The PET post cooling robot is up to 128 cavities, including servo billet system ,servo flip system, the three-station billet cooling system, and preform conveying system. This robot can bring higher production efficiency to our customers at lower expenses and better preform quality.

Servo billet system:Imported  brand  servo  motor drive,  cycle time reduced to 1.3S, which has  achieved  the  level  of  top European  brands.
Preform conveying system:Plane  transportation  is  equipped with  slow  down  system, perfectly  solved  preform  damage from conveying.
Servo flip system:European  Lenze  Servo  motor  and  Alfa  gearbox, provides  the  driving  force  at  high  speed, high repeat  positioning  accuracy  is  up  to  0.005mm.
Three-station billet cooling system:High  speed  and  efficient  completion  of  the bottle  take  out  and  cooling  function, to ensure adequate  cooling  time, thereby  reducing  the forming  cycle.
Safety door lock system:The  whole  machine  is equipped  with  safety  door lock,  meets CE standard,  which  can effectively  prevent misoperation
