Price valid: 30 days.
Delivery:Within 70 working days from the date of technical drawing confirmed and receipt of 40% deposit whichever comes last.
Payment: 40% T/T down payment, the balance 60% before shipment by T/T.
Origin: China.
Packing: Export standard by sea.
Installation & commissioning:The seller should send experts' team to buyer's country after receipt of confirmation in written from client informing that the goods arrived in site and civil works completed get ready for installation. The equipment should achieve designed capacity in the planned time. During installation and commissioning, seller is responsible for providing relevant spare parts. The buyer should be responsible for the go-back air tickets, visa fee, also allowance of USD 100 per day for each person and arrange all local facilities including food, lodging, and transportation during their staying period in buyer's country.
Training:Seller takes charge of providing technical training to buyer. Training contents include equipment structure, maintenance, control and operation. Training is done at buyer's site according to practical situation.
Warranty:12 months since acceptance of the equipment or 15 months since deliver to loading port whichever comes first. After equipment acceptance, seller provides 12 months warranty for repair and supplies free parts and effective service in time. If needed, seller's maintenance technician will arrive at site for troubleshooting after receiving buyer's request and terms for travel is ready.
Technology upgrade: After warranty time, seller can provide comprehensive and favorable technology support.
